He is emerging as their top candidate because AC Milan are contemplating paying Al Ahli compensation for Matthias Jaissle. AC Milan won’t give him more than a year to get back to back wins if they appoint him. The expectations there are instant.
Ruben Amorim ruled himself out of the Fulham job.. Ruled himself out of the Benfica job and once he favoured AC Milan, they withdrew their interest in Oliver Glasner and went with him instead..
Ruben Amorim is already a brand in football..
Switzerland tonight were a classic example of being wasteful. Just one goal from 26 shots on goal, only to end up drawing the game after a late equalizer.
I’ll suggest Manu Kone as our 6; press resistant, carried the ball well too, controls the tempo of the game and is always available to receive the ball. He has more qualities than Baleba and will be cheaper too.
Tbh, Mateus Fernandes is the closest profile to Anderson currently. Both modern, high energy, ball carrying midfielders.. Athletic and press resistant.
Lets get Fernandes and then we can conclude with Baleba.. That'd be some serious midfield overhaul for the new season..
These days clubs have the final say on the price or fee of the players based on their quality and perceived market value, and not on what you’re willing to pay. And United have a concrete interest which puts Westham in a position to tell United to either sign or leave him.
£80m would be an AWFUL deal imo.
West Ham have just been relegated and they need around £150m in sales to balance the books. They're the desperate ones here, not United. On top of that, the player WANTS to join United.
If INEOS actually pay £80m under those circumstances, it would genuinely be one of the most incompetent decisions since they took charge of the club. Serious questions would have to be asked about the negotiating team.
The only scenario where £80m makes sense is if there's a bidding war with a great club and United see him as a must sign player.
That guy lit up La Liga before PSG snapped him up. Imagine getting this talent for less than £40m in today’s market, it would be a steal. He can also operate as a 10 too.
Mourinho losing his head when they’re a goal down at home to Getafe, and Bernardo Silva is hugging the ball and turning around on the touchline. That will be a sight that shouldn’t be televised. This is not a Mourinho kind of player.
🚨 Bernardo Silva to Real Madrid, HERE WE GO! Agreement in place and contract approved.
Two year deal plus one year option, fast deal by Madrid started 36h ago and closed immediately.
Mourinho wanted Bernardo, he says yes and advanced talks revealed today are 100% confirmed.
From all I’ve been seeing from her after the tape came out, that tape didn’t come out by mistake. And more might be dropping, because she loves this attention she’s been getting.
Daphne Joy OPENS UP about what it feels like to date busy high-powered men like P Diddy and 50 Cent 😳👀
“It feels hotter and sexier when they make the time for me and I like that they prioritize me. If a guy has too much time for me he’s not a loser—I’ve never really tried somebody that has a lot more time for me, that could be nice too. But I’m kinda scared cos I wouldn’t never wanna make them fall in love with me and break their heart or anything.”
And how has persuading top players to joins us paned out for us over the years? We should go for players who have clearly stated their desire to play for us. The transfer market isn’t limited with options to go into bidding wars and over pay. We have to spend wisely.
"We only want players who want United!" What a dangerous & ridiculous transfer policy. Top players need persuading. It's why they are top players. Not bidding for players because they have other offers will never lead to best in class recruitment
There’s a reason why Villa and Barca didn’t keep him, every coach needs a hardworking player these days and he isn’t. Why did you think Barca went for Godon instead, Rashford’s numbers dwarfs his. Its not enough to be talented, you must put work in to help your team.
Can't we just ask Rashford to lower his wages a little bit to remain with us? Would that not be more beneficial than paying £40-70m for a left-winger who isn't half as talented as him? #MUFC
Everyone at the club would like to thank Casemiro, Tyrell and Jadon for their contributions to United and wish them the very best of luck for the future 🤝

Some United fans rating Carrick the least out of all the top six managers is laughable. This statement just shows that he has a full idea of what he wants and how he wants to play. The ball of us being competitive and winning big trophies is in INEOS’ court.
🚨 Michael Carrick wants Manchester United to assemble a midfield trio based on PSG’s dynamic Champions League winners. Carrick considers PSG’s midfield of Vitinha, Fabián Ruiz and João Neves to be the BENCHMARK amid United’s midfield overhaul.
Carrick wants United to develop a more DOMINANT playing style for his first full season in charge, with Kobbie Mainoo’s role due to be tweaked. Mainoo has embraced more defensive responsibilities under Carrick whilst also emerging as a key attacking cog. Carrick wants Mainoo to start ATTACKING spaces in behind defences in order to become a more rounded midfielder.

You didn’t just hit the nail on the head, you spat facts. I didn’t see anything positive with him in charge. He manipulated us into believing things that shouldn’t be connected with our club. It was really dark days.
@MUnitedTruth Threatened to leave multiple times only to stay & destroy the club more. No accountantability. Called the players the worst in club history but never mentioned the man coaching them. And then he mentioned that he didn't change things because of what the media would say
🚨🇧🇷 Breaking: Carlo Ancelotti call Éderson to replace Wesley at the World Cup for Brazil!
Atalanta’s midfielder joins immediately and then he will sign as Manchester United new player in July. #MUFC
He pretended like he was affected by the underwhelming results he was producing, yet went ahead to do the same thing. He said if he wasn’t able to turn things around, he will leave without taking a dine. You can guess what he did.
I hope Ruben Amorim's watching Kobbie Mainoo take over in 2026 while he's sitting around, counting his piles of cash from the Manchester United payoff he said he'd never take. His inability to utilise one of the best young players in the world is a huge reason he failed so badly.
