SOME ADVICE FOR THE TRUTH SEEKERS!
No one is compelled to accept the truth , but it is certainly a shame upon the human intellect when a man is not even interested in finding out what the truth is!
Islam teaches that our Creator has given human beings the faculty of reason.

A photo went viral of a Palestinian boy hiding from Israeli forces on his way home from class in the occupied West Bank. When soldiers discovered him they beat him. Now he says he’s afraid to return to school.

Al Jazeera's @nida_journo reports.

No. The Quran contains no verse commanding the killing of children or women. Fighting is limited to those who fight you (2:190), with classical interpretation and prophetic tradition forbidding harm to non-combatants.

Yes. The Bible contains such commands, including 1 Samuel 15:3 (kill Amalekite men, women, children and infants), Deuteronomy 20:16-17 (leave nothing that breathes alive in certain cities), and Numbers 31:17.

The Plateau State Government cannot continue to pretend that violence becomes a crisis only when there is a reprisal.

The most disturbing part of the worsening insecurity in Plateau is not only the killings themselves, but the selective outrage and apparent institutional silence that follows them. When Fulani civilians are killed in their hamlets, the response from government often appears muted, or completely absent.

But the moment there is a reprisal, the government suddenly finds its voice, its condemnation becomes loud, and the incident becomes the centre of attention. Thats when everybody wants America and Isreal to know.

That is a dangerous double standard.

A government cannot afford to treat the death of one community as routine while treating the death of another as a national emergency. Every innocent life lost in Plateau should carry the same weight, whether the victim is Fulani, Berom, Mwaghavul, Hausa or any other community.

The continued silence surrounding attacks on Fulani communities is particularly dangerous because it creates the perception that some victims do not matter. Once communities begin to believe that government will not protect them or seek justice for them, they naturally lose confidence in the state. And that is where the cycle of violence becomes almost impossible to stop.

Government cannot condemn the fire while ignoring who lit the match. It is unacceptable for authorities to condemn reprisal attacks without equally confronting the attacks that preceded them. You cannot keep condemning the smoke while refusing to investigate the fire. If a farmer is killed, arrest the killers. If a herder is killed, arrest the killers. If a village is attacked, investigate it. If livestock are destroyed deliberately, investigate it. If innocent civilians are massacred, bring those responsible to justice. The identity of the victim should never determine the urgency of the government’s response.

Silence is not neutrality

The state government’s apparent reluctance to speak forcefully when Fulani civilians are killed is not helping reconciliation. If anything, it risks convincing affected communities that they have been abandoned. That perception is combustible. A government that genuinely wants peace must be prepared to tell its own supporters uncomfortable truths. It must condemn wrongdoing even when the perpetrators come from communities considered politically sympathetic.

Leadership is not defending your people when they are right. Leadership is confronting them when they are wrong too. Anything less is political convenience masquerading as peacebuilding.

The Plateau Government should wake up before the situation deteriorates further. Every unresolved killing becomes another grievance. Every unpunished attack becomes another justification for revenge. Every selective statement from government deepens suspicion.
And eventually, the state risks becoming an observer in a conflict it has a constitutional duty to prevent. It is not the responsibility of the Military alone all the time. The government must stop waiting for reprisals before becoming interested in violence.

A biker gang attempted to disrupt Friday prayers at Kaunas Mosque in Lithuania by blasting loud music and holding severed pigs heads.

However the local Muslims were unfazed and didn’t even flinch.

Islamophobes have recently held a weird belief that pigs are kryptonite to Muslims.

A woman has just given birth.

Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.

This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.

That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.

So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.

It should be there.

As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.

Ask questions. Know what is available.

Prepare before the emergency comes.

RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message.

Hello everyone, please, I urgently need your help and attention. My sister and other NYSC corps members who left Bayelsa State yesterday were attacked along the Kogi Express Road. Sadly, the driver was killed, and the corps members were reportedly taken into the forest.

Up until now, we have not heard from them, and the family is deeply worried and devastated. We have contacted the police, but unfortunately, we have not received any positive feedback yet.

Please, I am appealing to the NYSC, the Federal Government, security agencies, and everyone who can help to urgently intervene and do everything possible to rescue them safely.

Please, we don’t want anything to happen to our loved ones. . They are someone’s children, siblings and loved ones. Their lives matter.

Please help us amplify this message and tag the relevant authorities. We are begging for urgent action before it is too late.
