Hunter Biden went *UNCHARGED* in SEC investigation in 2016 after he explicitly referenced his father, Vice President Joe Biden.

"The confidential nature of this investigation is very important to our client and it would be unfair, not just to our client, but also to his father, the Vice President of the United States, if his involvement in an SEC investigation and parallel criminal probe were to become the subject of any media attention."

The SEC published a press release on May 11, 2016 announcing that seven individuals had been charged.

But no mention of Hunter Biden.

Biden’s DOJ admitted today it’s investigating Hunter for being a foreign agent, illegally lobbying on behalf of foreign nationals. This means either prosecutors were originally blocked from pursuing foreign lobbying violations or the Biden family protection racket is cracking.
