#ProjectHighlight: We're excited to share renderings of Riverwalk Affordable Housing! Located near the new Trolley Station and Public Park, this development offers essential housing, community amenities, and San Diego River Trail access, complementing the Riverwalk Master Plan.

#ProjectUpdate: Check out the construction progress at 640 St. Andrews! Just a block from the Wilshire/Western metro station, this project features studio and 1-bedroom units. The NW-facing rooftop terrace takes advantage of views of the #HollywoodHills. #design#koreatown#dtla
Project Update: 988 Manhattan Place in #Koreatown will feature 118 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above 6,200 SF of retail space. The seven-story building will have a U-shaped footprint above its second floor, with amenity decks at the podium and roof levels.
#ProjectHighlight: Delaware Street features 5 stories and 300 units, an 8,400-sf amenity space that provides a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities, including a public park, and has 5,800 square feet of retail space.
