@hmindia If I wasn’t genuine, do you really think I would waste my time calling and writing all this?? It’s so upsetting that such a large reputable company like this can cheat their clients . I’m case anyone is listening , my case number is 0112728526.
@hmindia and they are saying they can’t share it! It’s ridiculous how they are asking me for prove that I didn’t receive it!! I feel so helpless and cheated - not only are they unhelpful and not making any effort to sort this- but they are so rude! It’s not a small amount to let go.

@hmindia Ordered a large consignment from H&M for my new store. Worth Rs 37,762 which included 31 items! Instead I received 2 T-shirts instead worth rs 1000. I have been following up with customer service in india for the last 2.5 months - they asked me to return the t shirts.

@hmindia Now after umpteen calls and follow ups, ( many of which they have rudely hung up) they are saying the issue has been resolved as we received the consignment! I told them to show proof that I received it- some acknowledgment from the logistics partner?
We began our journey in 2009 and we feel ecstatic that we have successfully been showing the magic of the Andamans to our passengers.
