Try to practice sympathetic consciousness today and then be active in your caring. Be mindful of the grace you need to give yourself and others. There are a lot of reasons right now to be distressed, so extend compassion, love, and kindness.
Don't forget to take care of yourself and give yourself grace! Even though we are here to help you succeed in your academics, we also want you to succeed in the other areas of your life!
