@lowri_beck dual fuel customer with @ScottishPower booked for meter install. Engineer refused to do gas meter because it wasn't on the "job sheet". Very churlish attitude even after being told I'd spoken to scotpower cs and confirmed it should be both. Very poor service.

@carriesparkle @EventimApollo Just poor organisation. No advice given to ticket holders then a rush to get the wrist in the interval after the screening. It wasn't busy so could have easily put wristband on entry. Disappointed for the amount paid. Hardly VIP
