@BrynnNMiller1 Based on the book, reprimanding them only causes more stress and can result in a catastrophe. I think that we should keep a list of rules on the desk and explain which one that broke and why we shouldn’t have broken that rule. This provides a tangible chart for them to refer to.

@clistraus Students in lower income areas, bc of resources statistically score lower on standardized testing. Bias and the stigma of lower success rates is created. I believe as a future educator we work on creating positive reinforcement for all students and all efforts put into their work

@KaitlynBarnes_ I think that there is pressure on the education system because though incorrect, our grades define the next step in our careers. Success is measured by numbers and the pressure falls on teachers to makes sure that the fundamentals for quantitative success are achieved.
