I booked a ticket on Train No. 07426 from Duvvada to Hyderabad, scheduled to depart at 21:50. The train has been delayed by more than 1 hour and 20 minutes without any clear communication.
When passengers are delayed due to railway operations, what accountability measures exist? What compensation or relief is provided to customers for such disruptions?
Additionally, the condition of Duvvada Railway Station is extremely concerning. Bikes are being driven across the foot overbridge and up to Platform No. 1, with no visible administration or security personnel stopping them. This creates serious safety risks for passengers.

Yes, I was correct. Train 07426 was kept waiting to allow other trains to pass.
It is disappointing to see that ministers and railway officials do not seem to care about the inconvenience caused to ordinary citizens. During this journey, I even witnessed a fellow passenger requesting assistance, but no action was taken on that request either.

The installation is scheduled for today (22-May-2026), but I have not received any email, message, or contact details for the technician visit. Since morning, customer care L1 and L2 agents have been transferring me without resolution and closing the calls quickly, which shows there is no customer ownership or accountability.
@_Kalyan_K Your team has failed to help despite my continuous follow-up since yesterday. Today, one of your representatives, Anam Sheikh, informed me that it will take another 48 hours. During peak summer, I hope your team understands the difficulty customers face without AC installation.
What is even more concerning is that your application is showing “installation completed” and asking for installation feedback, even though no installation has happened.
I am reaching out with my last hope to get this resolved. If your company has workforce constraints for technician availability, please confirm whether I can arrange installation through a third party without impacting my product warranty coverage.
