@Sofology poor show of service. I only got my sofa in April. Had an engineer report no fault. Had to pay for independent they reported clear poor workmanship and quality. This needs to be fixed.

@amazon@AmazonHelp absolutely terrible service being threatened by your agents. Offended isn’t the word. You’re now not allowing returns or refunds to allow customers to try things if not suitable to return them? I’m sure any shop doing this would be against trading laws?

@amazon very disappointed. Missing products empty packaging. Is this fair to ask the customer to report to the authorities. I’m at a loss I’ve not been delivered my item I laid for. This doesnt make any sense?

@evrisupportline H00HGE0037939380 no picked up since lWednesday all agents keep sending templates for missing parcels, it’s a joke. I’ve waited in all end of the week and snobody has pulled their finger out and done anything not even a call after many requests what is happening!!
@Dailymotion I am a regular user of your service on the Apple TV platform. For months now your search function is not working. You type in something that is clearly there as it’s on the app and online but no search results appear please fix it!

The major concern now is only 3 nurse visits are allowed? my cats nails are hard to do controlling him so I paid for this. I emailed 2 weeks ago no answer?
@virginmedia atrocious day of poor customer service hang up calls a chat service that doesn’t work. No call back to resolve. Constant request and easy resolution yet nobody willing to fix the issue. I will be complaining to the ombudsman and writing to the chief executive
@virginmedia@virginmedia I have had atrocious customer service trying to get a hub replacement. I’ve been cut of 3 times in the past 2 hours with no resolve. I’ve tried to arrange an engineer and still I get cut off. Can this be resolved or do I leave???
