.@Forbes I am really enjoying this top tier UX when trying to read an article. I am glad ads are taking up 90% of the screen (including over the words). I understand media needs ads to survive, but make it so that your users can actually read your content while onsite.

I have literally given you $1000’s of dollars and since you lost my cable box and apparently have no record of me retuning it, I need to pay for that. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.
