Today, our team had the opportunity to provide lunch for 45 guests at the DARS drop-in shelter located at the Pickering Library in Pickering.

We were proud to host our first mental health workshop dedicated to men—an important and often overlooked conversation within our community. Led by Waseem Munir, RSW, the session focused on Understanding Mental Health and Masculinity through the Sunnah.
We recently held a workshop at Masjid Subhan Ajax funded by a grant from EnviroMuslims in collaboration with Subhan Islamic Association, and our local social worker, Sasha Ramoutar from TMYS Consultants. The workshop brought together youth for a dynamic leadership workshop.
