The Lion’s Mouth at the Country Club of Charleston (Seth Raynor, 1924) is among the world’s most striking greens complexes, and a personal favorite. The gargantuan Punchbowl green is fronted by a huge, deep bunker between the sloping “paws” to either side. A mesmerizing hole.
