I started hitting the gym every morning before work (except on weekends) since Thursday. So far it’s been going pretty good. Really sore but that is passing fairly quickly.

I have to do what everyone’s New Year’s resolution is & start working out & loose weight. I haven’t been to a gym in almost 20yrs! I just hope this is something that I can stick with & stay motivated. Today was the start of this journey. My arms & legs feel like jelly. 😂

A year ago was the first day that I started my journey for healing. I didn’t think I’d make it this far in recovery. I don’t know if I’ll ever be 100% again, but glad to feel better than I was a year ago. 🖖
