@voiceofchennai2 if the reader is not on the USB bus, like say its a mmc reader device, you can try "from=hd" live boot parameter. pretty sure its in the advanced boot options.

having trouble with the debian 6.12.101 kernel update? turns out some of our realtek dkms packages don't build on it. either remove the packges (mx-cleanup wifi-removal tool makes it easy) or wait for an update to those rtl88* packages, coming soon.
