From taking a stand on the main floor of a movie theatre, to becoming the first Black Canadian member of Parliament, and breaking the colour barrier in the NHL, these courageous acts made its mark in history and paved way for hope and change for the future. #blackhistorymonth2022
I recall watching these videos when I was in school. Although, these videos paint a picture of a select time in Canadian Black History, they celebrate Black communities, and promotes awareness. Would be great to see more videos.
