@tweethue hello. My Hue outdoor works 50 % 7 out of 13 spots don’t work. Cannot connect them. Have it for 3 years and worked perfect. Did all the tests an resets, have 1 special WiFi for garden. Mostly black garden spots. Search serie number also not working.

No obstacles, the first 4 that aren’t working are 8 meter from Bridge.

@tweethue Total garden with 13 spots worked good for 3 years. Than 4 lamps did not work anymore and I did last week a total reset for everything. And only 7 lamps came back. And different lamps than the 4 before reset.

@tweethue I have 1 WiFi special for garden. On my phone this WiFi works by every lamp. I have all the numbers from the spots.

@tweethue I have 2 more bridges inside my home and they work perfect. On the garden bridge I also have my garage as a room with 3 lamps they also work good.
