You stated that my channel does not comply with the YouTube Partner Program policies, but that is simply not true. I will now explain why this is not the case, and I sincerely ask that a real person, not AI, review this carefully. If a human reviewer reads this, I am confident they will understand that this monetization suspension was unfair and reverse it. Explanation of the Channel The Mystery Book channel is a channel that turns “Napolitan horror stories” into videos and introduces them as mystery horror content. Each video is not created through a simple repetitive structure or an automated generation method, but is produced as an independent work based on its own individual story, worldbuilding, and directing concept. I personally request permission from the original authors in the horror story community one by one before using their works. The original authors are also pleased and proud that their creative works are being introduced and shared while being credited as writers. The visual materials used in video production are not AI-generated images or simple templates. I only use stock footage legally purchased from ENVATO through a paid monthly subscription. I do not use materials that violate copyright, and all videos are produced within the scope of legitimate licensing. In addition, this is not the type of content where multiple videos are mass uploaded every day using a program that automatically generates images and voice simply by entering a script. Each video requires manually searching for footage that matches the script, arranging scenes, and editing them according to the overall flow. Because of this process, each video takes a considerable amount of time to produce. Reasons for Objecting to the Review Team’s Decision (“Inauthentic Content”) I would like to clearly state that my channel’s content does not fall under any of the categories that the review team identified as “Inauthentic content.” I sincerely ask that each item below be reviewed carefully one by one. This is not mass-produced, duplicated, or template-based content. According to the guidelines, inauthentic content refers to content that “appears to have been made from a template, shows little difference between videos, or can be easily replicated at scale.” However, my channel’s content clearly does not fall under this category for the following reasons: There is no fixed template. Each video has a different story, worldbuilding, atmosphere, and directing concept. The videos are not created by repeatedly copying the same structure. This is not mass-produced content uploaded automatically several times a day. While all videos belong to the horror story genre, each video is completely independent content with different stories and settings. This does not fall under “content that simply reads text from websites or news feeds.” My channel is not content that simply reads text without the original author’s permission. I include the original source link in the description. This is secondary creative content produced with the consent of the original authors, not simple copying or reused content. This is not “repetitive content with little educational value, commentary, or differences between videos.” Even from the titles alone, every video has a different topic and worldbuilding setting. Viewers also continuously leave comments such as “This video feels different again” and “This video has a different atmosphere from the previous one.” These viewer reactions are objective evidence showing that each video clearly has its own individuality and distinction. This does not fall under “mass-produced content using similar templates across multiple videos.” As mentioned earlier, there is no fixed template. Different video sources are selected every time according to the script, and the same scenes or structures are not repeatedly reused. As a result, every video is completed with a completely different atmosphere and composition. This is not “image slideshow or scrolling text” content. I do not use slideshow-style videos made by simply applying effects to AI images. I directly purchase and use actual video clips. The videos are produced by searching for scenes that match the script and connecting them together. The guidelines also state under “content eligible for monetization” that content should “appeal to viewers and provide something interesting.” I believe entertainment and immersion are also legitimate values recognized by YouTube. The Napolitan mystery horror content I produce provides viewers with interest, immersion, and entertainment, and many viewers actually watch and respond to the videos for those reasons through comments. At the time my monetization was suspended for “inauthentic content,” there was no option for me to submit an appeal video. Other YouTubers who were suspended around the same time experienced the same issue, so this cannot simply be denied. However, I recently learned that creators who were suspended more recently are now able to submit appeal videos. Since I was unable to submit one at the time, I would like to share my appeal video with you now through X. https://t.co/SLJXkPKeSd sincerely ask that you calmly review each item in the guidelines once again. I firmly believe that my channel is content with clear individuality and creativity that aligns with the purpose of YouTube’s monetization policies. https://t.co/dzbF8o6bgh https://t.co/jl3u78szzV https://t.co/xOiLKRX65p are videos on my channel with high view counts. I believe these videos were able to achieve high view counts because, as stated in YouTube’s monetization policies, they appealed to viewers and provided interesting elements. If these videos had truly been mass-produced or repetitive content with little difference from other videos, it would have been difficult for viewers to continue watching them and generate such high view counts. I believe this is objective evidence from viewer response showing that my channel’s content is not simply repetitive or duplicated, but rather that each video has been chosen by viewers because of its different topics and directing style. The attached images include my posts on X, records showing that I have continuously tried to communicate with YouTube through DMs but only received copy-and-paste level responses, and comments from subscribers who sincerely hope that my channel’s monetization will be restored so I can continue creating content again. This is clear evidence that my content attracts viewers’ interest and provides engaging value to audiences. According to the policy, content is eligible for monetization if it appeals to viewers and provides something interesting, even when the intros and outros are similar as long as most of the content is different. Based on this, I respectfully request a re-review of this decision and the restoration of monetization eligibility. I sincerely ask that a real human reviewer carefully look at this post and review my case again. I truly hope you will reverse this monetization suspension. Please respond through a comment.
