@atomberg_tech @AtombergCares is a fraud company . They close the customer complaint without customer confirmation. They do not send the technician for many days and later create a new complaint themselves when technician visits the customer.

@atomberg_tech is such a scam company they don't provide any update on customer concern and has a automated voice system that calls customers and close the case . This voice system doesn't understand what customer is saying .

If visiting a @Lenskart_com outlet, don't use their glasses cleaning machine. It will wash out the frame's polish and can also damage the frame. There is no point in complaining because no one will take responsibility. This happened to me last week.

@Milkbasketin either collect the return product or refund the money. I cannot put the product outside every night for return and take it back in the morning because you fail to collect it and not serious about customer issues and commitment.
Poor customer service and support.

Later they closed my previous and original complaint and might be confirmed the service delivery without my confirmation. This also indicates that OTP based Service conformation is just a fake process. Be careful if you are relying on Atomberg service excellence data. It's a scam

Poor quality products from @atomberg_tech . Purchased this water purifier recently and dispensing handle has broken down. No response on complaint since last two days. I have to purchase water bottle after spending on RO. Poor quality products and worst Service.

Such companies later showcase this unethical data in marketing and sales and investment pitches. Which can be misleading and scam with interested parties. There won't be any surprises if Atomberg receives customer service excellence award based of corrupt service data.(4)--->>(5)

Purchased @atomberg_tech water purifier. RO has broken down with in 6 months. Poor quality material used. I never had issues with lid to dispense the water in any one my previous RO. Poor material and design. No response on complaint after 1 day. I have to buy water bottle

After more than a month since I lodged the complaint with @fssaiindia , @ZeptoNow has refunded the money silently that I paid for rotten items. @ZeptoNow denied initially that they delivered these products and said that I purchased from somewhere else. This is called scam .

I raised the complaint with @fssaiindia and @ZeptoNow a fraud company replied this. They denied that they delivered these products. So be careful while ordering from zepto . They will deliver fake, expired and rotten products and deny any claim for return or refund. #BycottZepto

Corruption & inefficiency within @fssaiindia have become extremely severe. Officers at FSSAI delay action on complaints for months, often either ignoring or disposing with irrelevant justifications.raises concerns about potential collusion between officials & fraudsters. @JPNadda

This is the extreme of inefficiency & kamchori by @fssaiindia. There is no response or resolution after 20 days of complaint. Does FSSAI work under SLA, or everyone work as per their own will? I wrote several emails, CC'd to @JPNadda, but no action. Wastage of taxpayers' money.

@zeptocares Zepto is a fraud and frauds never look into anything for correction . They commit the fraud , run and later deny it because they know #India legal system has many loopholes and every scammer utilise it. It a shame on our systems that we don't have anything to stop such scams.

This is how @ZeptoNow is running the scam. Anyone can see the condition of product but they are claiming it was dispatched in good condition . So delivery person replaced the product during transit. Zepto is struggling to maintain the profitability hence running such frauds.

@aadit_palicha A bunch of scammers who claim these are good products delivered by @ZeptoNow. They are stealing customers' money by delivering rotten products. Shame on you all.
