Would like to drop opinion on GD's ticketing issue. We understand all of your frustration, anger ,annoyance & dissatisfaction over the ticketing issue. It was terrible and unbelievable. It was so bad that we never expecting for this turnout

- any circulating about being ABLE to change, is FAKE.

- enter safely without issue as long as same zone. OWNER VIPGOLD TICKET, rest remaining 5 VIPGOLD ticket, enters smoothly)
- denied entry same owner, different zone. (OWNER VIPGOLD, rest 5 PS2, only owner can enter)

I also see some are giving ideas on complaint to various governments department. I understand that. But please don't overdo it. It could lead to unwanted happenings for future possible concerts.
