@JoyanneHawkins If the business owner can’t do that, is there another option? It’s quite expensive to change. It’s a franchise, so the brand name is the same, but everyone adds the territory, for example, budget blinds of New York City.

Even Golda Meir had a Palestinian passport. It was a geographical designation.

@DarrenShaw_ We experienced an issue where hundreds of our websites were copied by GBP and spontaneous unclaimed profiles were created. They had no information and just a general brand-name, versus brand-name city. The ironic thing is that they were ranking above the real profile. Thoughts?
