@SP_EnergyPeople Nothing changes. Another day and Scottish Power again do not help! @ofgem I’ve sent numerous message via the private message and guess what no one is responding. I’ve been on hold since 9am with 3 separate calls terminated. @ScottishPower should be fined!
@ScottishPower been on the phone since 1pm had numerous calls dropped, numerous unhelpful advisor and at 8pm still no electricity or gas. You should be embarrassed of yourself!
@SP_EnergyPeople I have no electricity or gas at the property and non of your advisor see the urgency to help even when I told them that there is a 3 year old child with me!

I cannot be the only customer who is struggling to get in contact with Sky! @Ofcom how can you allow these large corps to get away with such appalling customer service. I’ve been waiting 11 months for them to action their part of the contract which I entered into with them.
