This time last yr, my other chronic disease flared & I could barely walk 20ft. Thankfully, rn flares are quiet.

'Disabled' is still a newer term for me. But it feels comfy. Sometimes walking 20ft is hard, sometimes it's not, sometimes I climb mountains. There's room for it all.

For a yr I've been working w/drs to try & treat my dysautonomia. It's frustrating & we can't find a cause. But today I hiked 1,000ft in elevation. Took many breaks b/c my oxygen sats plummet (far more than normal for altitude), among other things.
