Premier Doug Ford, asked about homelessness:
“We’re funding homeless like this province has never seen before.”
He adds:
“How about the rights of the property owners? How about the rights when they squat in your park and have needles all over the place.”
@merry123459 When Project 2025 starts on January 20 there will be some horrific and cruel events happen. Maple MAGA will relish while the rest of Canada watches in horror. Surely PP's poll numbers aren't all Maple MAGA. If they are then for me it will be hard to be proud of being Canadian.
@Strandjunker 2020 very high voter turnout for both parties, but more people wanted a change in government.
2024 somewhat lower turnout, again more people wanted a change in government. Time will tell if they end up happy with what they decided on this election cycle.
Well, a full year of Donald Trump might be exactly what Canada needs to open their eyes to fascism before our election. He’s a fukking nut and he won’t disappoint us. I’m sure most of Canada is shaking their fukking heads at the results this morning. It could work in our favour.
I just signed a petition: Open letter: stop your attack on our kids’ freedom to be themselves and get the care they need. Sign here: https://t.co/iqVGv7t1YG
If you’re Canadian and cheering for Trump - give your head a shake. If he wins and imposes the tariffs he’s threatened, it could knock up to 5 per cent off GDP, officials estimate. https://t.co/ZIWllFVTL6
Toronto’s bike lanes cost millions to install. How much will it be to remove them?
Here's a breakdown, as the Ford government looks at tearing out the bike lanes on Bloor, Yonge and University ave.

Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles asks Premier Doug Ford what it will take for him to allow access to the call logs on his personal cell phone.
The premier does not respond.
His parliamentary assistant says the government is "committed to its obligations" under FOI laws.
In reality: The Premier has been fighting a Global News request for his call logs for 2 years.

I have one brother in the RCMP and one in CSIS and I had to go through security clearance as part of their security clearance!!!
WTF has Pierre PoiLIEvre done that he can't pass a security clearance?
At Queen's Park, The Ford government is under fire for sluggish housing starts.
The NDP wants the Ontario government to facilitate construction using crown land and provincial resources.
Housing Minister Paul Calandra disagrees:
"Governments do not build homes... the private sector builds homes."

We spotted this sign on the 400 at an Enroute just north of the GTA. Notice that its an Alberta ad. Alberta needs to fukk off, stop lying and clean up their own fukked up Province. This should be illegal in my opinion. Alberta has nothing in common with Ontario. This ad is a lie.
The Ford government is, again, painting a gloomier picture for housing construction in Ontario than it had originally projected, revising down already low estimates it published at the beginning of the year.
