I recently purchased your flagship exhaust fan for my kitchen and would like to share my few observations that I believe could help improve the product
1. Packaging and Labeling:
The packaging currently omits essential technical specifications, Such as

Implementing brand tape or box seals would effectively deter tampering and significantly facilitate ownership verification.
Air Intake Option:
Addition of a reverse-rotation switch or a reversible air intake direction feature could enhance product utility...

Dear @redBus_in As we make our way to Pune from Burhanpur (MP). The bus arrived later than expected. After the bus unexpectedly broke down in Ahmednagar. We are running behind time around 4.5Hrs . Would you please take any action against the travel company.

When we discussed it with the driver, he stated,"This is a cargo bus rather than a passenger bus because the overload bus broke down."Please take the necessary steps to hold the travel company accountable.
