@sendwaveapp Has anyone noticed that Sendwave is now charging upfront fees while also profiting from the exchange rate? Customers shouldn’t be paying twice. Either charge a fee and offer the full exchange rate, or earn from the exchange rate and remove the fee. What do you think?

@sendwaveapp it looks like Sendwave no longer cares about its customer experience. It is difficult to reach their compliance team and they don’t respond to emails. Their agents are rude and inexperienced. Something has to be done!
