@TeamTurboTax I understand that I can use the tax credit on my 2020 taxes for the $600. What I'm asking you to confirm is that TurboTax has no problem giving direct deposit information to the IRS? That I know you can tell me. My info is correct in turbo tax as well as my direct deposit info.

@turbotax I have used you for 9 years straight. I received the first stimulus as a paper check way late. I never got the 600$ second stimulus whatsoever because of an apparent issue with the way you direct deposit my money. Taxes are done through 2019. Can I expect this stimulus?

@TeamTurboTax Hi Aaron thank you for the reply. I meet all the criteria I never received the $600 stimulus. I was told that there was a issue with TurboTax and h&R block because they use a special portal to direct deposit that is shielded from the IRS, can you confirm this?

@TeamTurboTax There was a fair amount of talk about how TurboTax uses a hidden portal to direct deposit money and the IRS cannot access it but TurboTax has never released a formal statement on this.

@TeamTurboTax Hey there following up with you. I'm pretty certain that not filing your 2020 tax returns yet have any influence on your stim check. The IRS told me they will just use 2019. I want to know if the direct deposit portal turbo tax used is broken?

@TeamTurboTax Hi Claron, sorry for the delay. I have not filed my 2020 tax return. Because of the america rescue act I was waiting to see if they made any unemployment tax free and they did. I didn't want to file and then make an addendum.
