The sky above Toronto today is a greyish yellow. And while this is happening the government of Canada is quite literally shedding its (already inadequate) climate commitments and going all in with billions for new fossil fuel infrastructure.

I'll add that our concerns in cities, while significant, don't compare to the fear, frustration and dangers to families close to these fires who are losing everything on top of the threats to their health.
