@MartinSLewis my fixed term mortgage is coming to an end. I am remortgaging to get a new 2 yr fixed deal. I've recieved a new mortgage offer but the fixed term is 2 yrs 3 months, not 2 years. Why is this and isn't it unfair to hold me to a elongated fixed term?

@Neal_UK @ecotricity said they weren't part of the EPC as they are renewable company but ofgem's site says they should provide the 17p per kwh but this isn't reflected in their bills so how do I know it's being applied?

@MartinSLewis Economy 7 with @ecotricity How can I ensure the energy price cap is being applied to my 85 year old Mother's bill? The day rate is 44p per kwh, the night rate is 26p per kwh. Her bill doesn't make any mention of the 17p per kwh discount

@PorscheUK @financialombuds I find it staggering that faulty rear dampers will not be covered under @PorscheWarrnty at just 12,000 miles! The level of basic fault diagnosis and #customerservice has simply been terrible from Porsche Brooklands. Bad #customerexperience
