Estoy agotado psicológicamente.

Llevo 5 años que siempre lo mismo.

Actualmente tengo 5 personas en nómina y 5 más que cobran por horas y tienen otros trabajos.

El problema es cubrir vacaciones, y sobretodo las bajas.

Las vacaciones se pueden organizar con tiempo, pero tengo la mala suerte que siempre a alguien le dan la baja por enfermedad, SIEMPRE.

Con las bajas, las personas no podemos predecir cuando nos pondremos enfermas, y no tengo tiempo de reacción para buscar a una persona en el mismo día, o como pronto un día antes.

Hoy ya he conseguido cubrir el día, pero volverá a pasar, y sigo buscando personal.

Añadir a esta tortura, que cinco familiares míos tienen que pagar entre 12000€ y 20000€ cada mes para mis cuidados enfermeros vitales, y no morirme.

Por cierto, las personas que siempre me boicotean mis búsquedas de personal para no morir, creo que es un delito penal contra mi integridad física, pero les deseo toda la suerte del mundo.
