I requested a payout from #ThinkCapital after successfully meeting all requirements on my challenge account. However, shortly after submitting my payout request, it was rejected without any prior notice, warning, or communication from the company.

@PropFirmMatch @TheTrustedProp My main concern is that the payout was rejected after I became eligible for it and without any prior warning from the company. Traders should be informed in advance of such significant policy changes, especially when they directly affect earned profits and pending payout requests

@PropFirmMatch @TheTrustedProp #2.. Only after the payout request was submitted did ThinkCapital send an email stating that challenge accounts had been discontinued in my region due to infrastructure limitations and that all active challenge accounts would be closed immediately.
