निर्वाचन आयोग बिहार में गुप्त तरीक़े से एनआरसी लागू कर रहा है। वोटर लिस्ट में नाम दर्ज करवाने के लिए अब हर नागरिक को दस्तावेज़ों के ज़रिए साबित करना होगा कि वह कब और कहाँ पैदा हुए थे, और साथ ही यह भी कि उनके माता-पिता कब और कहाँ पैदा हुए थे। विश्वसनीय अनुमानों के अनुसार भी केवल तीन-चौथाई जन्म ही पंजीकृत होते हैं। ज़्यादातर सरकारी कागज़ों में भारी ग़लतियाँ होती हैं।
बाढ़ प्रभावित सीमांचल क्षेत्र के लोग सबसे ग़रीब हैं; वे मुश्किल से दिन में दो बार खाना खा पाते हैं। ऐसे में उनसे यह अपेक्षा करना कि उनके पास अपने माता-पिता के दस्तावेज़ होंगे, एक क्रूर मज़ाक़ है।
इस प्रक्रिया का परिणाम यह होगा कि बिहार के ग़रीबों की बड़ी संख्या को वोटर लिस्ट से बाहर कर दिया जाएगा। वोटर लिस्ट में अपना नाम भर्ती करना हर भारतीय का संवैधानिक अधिकार है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 1995 में ही ऐसी मनमानी प्रक्रियाओं पर सख़्त सवाल उठाए थे। चुनाव के इतने क़रीब इस तरह की कार्रवाई शुरू करने से लोगों का निर्वाचन आयोग पर भरोसा कमज़ोर हो जाएगा।

2024 में इन तीनों ने राज्यसभा के लिए बीजेपी के लिए क्रॉस वोटिंग की थी।

तभी सपा चाहती तो इन तीनों को पार्टी से बाहर निकाल सकती थी।

आधिकारिक तौर पर सपा ने कभी भी इन्हें पार्टी से नहीं निकाला।

डेढ़ साल पहले अगर इन्हें निकाला जा चुका था तो उसका प्रूफ देना।

और जहां तक रही बात एजेंडे की। सपा के लिए लिखूं तो अच्छा हूं सवाल कर लूं तो एजेंडा।
