@WeWatchedAMovie The kid also refused to testify in a criminal case, only civil. All other cases he was proven not guilty in heavily investigated criminal cases. As much as I enjoy his music, if there was a conviction I’d never listen again

@WeWatchedAMovie He settled because it would have cost considerably more money, and hundreds of people’s jobs, if he had to cancel his tour to fight it. The kid allegedly admitted his dad coerced him into lying after he died, and then the dad killed himself not long after
