يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ حَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ عَلَى الْقِتَا لِ ۗ اِنْ يَّكُنْ مِّنْكُمْ عِشْرُوْنَ صَا بِرُوْنَ يَغْلِبُوْا مِائَتَيْنِ ۚ وَاِ نْ يَّكُنْ مِّنْكُمْ مِّائَةٌ يَّغْلِبُوْۤا اَ لْفًا مِّنَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا بِاَ نَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَّا يَفْقَهُوْنَ

There is no 50/50 nonsense in Islam. Women are the queens of the house, not slaves to work outside and feed the family(if not necessary), that's the job of the man. Her priority is her family(and then other things outside) ...

And her husband's priority is the financial side (and then other things at home). If both of them work, there wouldn't be consistency and smoothness in the relationship. There will be a slight point where issues will arise coz they won't have time for each other.
