So I'm seeing alot of things on AI lately and here's my though on what I'm seeing.

I have no say on what people want to spend their money on. If people want to have AI instead of my work that's what they want. A lot of artist forget we are a service industry we are contractors. We have no right to tell you how you need to spend your money.

I see peoples point when it comes to artist I've seen way too many come to me when they have an issue with an artist that has taken over a year with no communication on a simple Illustration and I have not held back on how I felt about that I have told them that they need to "Stay on their ass if they are taking this long"

Personally I can see the appeal to AI Art in a fast turn out sense. But at the same time I see how choppy and horrible it can turn out so it is a sacrifice but it is up to THEM to make the decision.

I'm tired of taking strays from people using AI because of the "All artist are annoying and scam or take too long"
And I'm tired of taking strays from artist and Vtubers whose basically saying "if you like anything AI you're not an artist or you're not a Vtuber"

I went into art due to passion and it took me forever to be convinced to take commissions but not once have I thought I have control over the persons character or what they can do with it. When I do commissions then only thing I will negotiate is if that person is using the specific illustration for sells as in using it commercially for merchandise and even then I have told people that I don't need anything from them in that field either. But again that is just me and just because others do so doesn't mean I am going to talk down to them.

I'm just so tired of catching strays on something I don't even agree with 100%. I've been dealing with the same thing with my skin color and my interest and it sucks now I'm getting it because I don't disavow peoples choice on what they want to use. I just want to teach people the things I learn and learn from others on things I don't know or would help me become a better artist.

All in all its about the passion for me and I see a lot people passionate about art and AI I'm just hating the discourse because people just don't like that people are using something they don't like. Let people enjoy what they like block them if you don't like it it's what I do and I get alot more art and things I enjoy on my feed but now everywhere I look is just "Hate AI love artist" and "Love AI hate artist" But it didnt originate out of nowhere.

That's what I had t say. I'm still a freelance artist things have gone down but I will learn to make clients happy and bring in more. Thanks for reading.
