We’ve finally cracked the code for the best multi-skilled competitive @PlayApex tournament series with Academy League.

It took almost 800 tournaments for us to get here but we are so damn proud of what we have created.

We’ve been experimenting with ways to make community Apex more competitive.

So we built a 5-tier ranking system for Apex Academy to balance every lobby:

🤖 Bot (Beginner)
🍺 Beer (Intermediate)
🌿 Bush Rank (Intermediate+)
🐻 Beast League (Advanced)
👑 Boss Rank (Advanced+)

The difference in match quality has been huge.

Community tournaments can be way more competitive with the right structure.
