Suspended Ekurhuleni legal services head Kemi Behari has been arrested.

Sources tell @eNCA Behari was nabbed after his disciplinary hearing this afternoon.

Behari appeared at the Madlanga Commission in February this year.

The Madlanga Commission heard that Behari allegedly failed to execute a council resolution to take disciplinary action against controversial EMPD Deputy Chief Julius Mkhwanazi.
