💖 IN HER HONOUR RUN 💖

On 10 September, Elizabeth Moselakgomo, affectionately known as “Tsontso”, went out for a run in Kempton Park. She never made it home. It is with deep sadness that we now mourn her passing.

A runner went out to do something she loved — and her story is a heartbreaking reminder of the reality many women face every time they step onto the road.

In Her Honour is our reminder that women deserve to feel safe on the road. It is about running together, looking out for one another and standing with our women — not only on Tuesdays, but every day.

This Tuesday, Waterfall City Athletics Club dedicates our In Her Honour Run to Tsontso. 💖

Wherever you are, run in solidarity for her. Let’s continue to run with our women, no matter their pace, look out for one another and help create roads where every woman can run without fear and return home safely.
