🚨Update: My preferred gym has finally been restored after I raised the issue with Care Health.
But now the app allows only 1 fitness session per day, despite Be Fit Plus being presented with unlimited visits. Please clarify this change. @careinsuranceIN #HealthInsurance #FITPASS

Update: The Be Fit section has reappeared in my Care Health app after approximately 1 hr. It seems this may have been a temporary issue. I'll continue monitoring it and hope it remains stable. @careinsuranceIN @fitpassindia

My @careinsuranceIN Ultimate Care policy says "Unlimited visits to fitness centres" under Be Fit Plus. Yet I'm now restricted to only one gym check-in per day. When was this rule introduced? Which policy clause permits this restriction? Please clarify. #CareHealth #FITPASS
