Once you buy their product , forget about any thing else , its upto the mercy of God ( Ola electric ) , they will first tell u they will get approvals from bangalore dept and I think by the speed they must have sent the not via peigon just like ancient times and once the peigon

comes up with reply after some decades they will arrange the product for u from bangalore to thane , and it takes probably 20 days fr the part to arrive , one must certainly ask the question why those parts are not available in thane service centre at first and if they are not

Service centre guy doesn't even pickup call neither call back when needed for any assistance about vehicle , same is with customer care and team @OlaElectric @jagograhakjago @consumerforum

It's been more than 12 days..there is no response from customer support team..neither my app is working nor my calls are getting connected to customer care..
They don't even bother to reply or pickup calls.

It's been 8 days the vehicle is in service centre not response yet from staff.From past 2 mnths the vehicle was in service centre for 25 days and this month also 8 days.
Kindly get my vehicle only replaced..apart from tyre every part is changed @OlaElectric
