I will definitely never recommend @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia to anyone, let alone their Airtel Black or something new that they are trying to promote on their customer service helpline. What an absolute joke.

Absolutely pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I had contacted them to reactivate a number, for an urgent travel situation back to India, and they had told me I had to go to a physical store when I got to India, as they would not be able to help me via phone! 1/

When asked, @Airtel_Presence had told us that they are waiting on some 'email confirmation'. Get you act together Airtel, you had promised to get the number up and running in 3 working days. There's poor customer service and there is non existent customer service, like yours! 3/

We followed the process as per @Airtel_Presence's advice and got to an Airtel showroom to pay and get our numbers reactivated LAST WEEK. It's been close to 10 days now and we're still waiting for a connection to our numbers. 2/
