When I denied they simply said that our computer system was not working and your coupon was not working. They were acting so weird that I don't understand computers and all.

I'm utterly heartbroken and enraged by the appalling behavior of the security staff at AIIMS, New Delhi. Today, I witnessed sheer cruelty—rude, uncooperative guards hurling abuses at patients/ visitors, with no regard for their pain or urgency.

One staff member even threatened to smash my vehicle for simply asking about parking! The arrogance and hostility were gut-wrenching, turning a place meant for healing into a nightmare.
