In a blistering rebuke, Somali Ambassador @AbukarOsman1 condemned Israel for attempting to lecture the international community on international law and order while it continues the illegal occupation of Palestinian territory.

He categorically rejected Israel’s claims of “genocide” in northern Somalia, expressing outrage at the sheer hypocrisy of such accusations coming from a state that carries out mass killing & collective punishment in Gaza on a daily basis.

The Ambassador further exposed the deliberate distortion at play, stressing that the so-called “Somaliland” Israel claims to recognise represents only the Northwestern region, while the Northeastern State remains firmly part of the Federal Government of Somalia. He also underscored that the people of #Awdal have unequivocally rejected both the genocide narrative & Israel’s illegitimate recognition.
