Mine was amusing.

They increased my pay at work from N750k to N900k. I sent a message to my boss highlighting how that amount was below expectations and I shouldn't be earning less than a million naira at the time.

Only God knows what I was thinking, they sent a new letter the next day.

Eh God, for someone who started his career with a N10k salary some few years before then.

Omo, exposure is very key in this career thing. Imagine you working in a firm where the highest-paid staff is in his/her 40s and earns N350k, you will never think it's possible for anyone to earn N1m not to talk of much more.

Fellow young professionals, please do well to leverage this platform to get as much positive exposure as you can.
