What a day to be with Vitality ππ, the best people to work with and now we know why vitality has gained this name.
The constant support by vitality family has been incredible, thank you @Azrod_R6@dannyengelz@Feiron42@MacCLol it wouldn't be possible without you all.
Let's go Great Britain!
Honoured and proud to be selected for Team GB. Looking forward to making some incredible memories together and telling the story of British esportsβ₯οΈπ¬π§
I honestly can't tell you how much joy it brings me to be surrounded by people who wake up every day itching to compete.
Having the opportunity to work alongside these people and support them in their journeys is the best part of my job.
That's all from me, see you around!
Hi everyone! I saw some questions regarding what I'm doing at the LEC.
I'm supporting the staff behind the scenes wherever I can, including draft, as well as working on coach development in general.
Frankly, I don't think they need much help!

I'm also very lucky to work with a number of driven and successful competitors across the org, both coaches and players, spanning a lot of VIT titles, where we've been rolling out more and better performance support to our EWC teams over the last few months.

Sad to see the LECVS run end here. I'm hoping that fans have enjoyed watching the team play as much as I have this split. Shout out to Pad for doing an amazing job in his first split as a HC. I remain confident that he and this squad have a lot to show. GG.
It's hard to appreciate just how difficult it is, strategically and mentally, to force fights like that vs mountain soul and Vi Taliyah (not to mention against the #1 seed in LEC).
If you're evaluating VIT's ceiling, this G1 is a game to take note of.
I'm not a doctor, but I don't think K'Sante vs Zaahen matchup is supposed to look like thatπ€
Honestly Naak was just too good today. LEC top lanes are in big trouble if he keeps this up. WP ladsπ
Most coaches donβt struggle with competence.
They struggle with articulation.
Explaining how they coach, why they decide the way they do, and what differentiates their approach, clearly and calmly.
With this move, @MacCLol will be moving on as a Head of Coaching Development for Team Vitality.
He will be a cornerstone of coaching development inside the organization and we're looking forward to his contributions in this role
Happy to announce that I'll be embarking on the next leg of my coaching journey in 2026, stepping out of the limelight and helping to develop coaches and systems across Vitality throughout the year. Looking forward to supporting lot of amazing people as best I canππ
I'll be hosting another talk in the advantage community in mid December! Last time we discussed roster building theory and personality frameworks for working relationships. Topic for this talk is still up for debate. Come check it outπ

The roles are unevenly spread. There are some women in some roles who are good enough to play academy.
But people like you want to pigeonhole it in a disingenuous way.
If a team of 5 women can't compete, then all women players must suck.
Mate that's not how league works. If you are a great ADC, but your top and mid are not of a required level you're not going to look great.
Giyuu (Lebanon) is a great player. I know for a fact if he wanted to go LEC he could have. But force him to play his entire career with other Lebanese players against LFL teams and he's going to look bad. The people will just assume "all Lebanese players are bad, look how badly he did when they played vs real pro teams".
Also by denying players access to academy we are denying ANYONE the chance to make a breakthrough. There are many players (including women, but of all genders) who would be close to or at LCS level if they got to play with CoreJJ for a year (maybe not as good as Yeon, but good enough to play LCS). But they will never get the chance.
I've scouted a ton of players over the years, some of them I've later found out were women (maybe more were I just have no idea). 3 (maybe 4) of them would have been great to have at academy level, a further 5-7 would have been worth a tryout at least. One of them I was CERTAIN would be LCS level one day, I even told a Riot employee working on LCS to keep an eye out on them for future years.
Of those, 2 were ADC, one was mid, one was top (ironically no supports which is the meme). Again want to stress that this is only my experience and only who I know, I'm sure there are plenty of good players who play other roles I just didn't know about (e.g. Mayumi in Brazil).
Of those, all 4 one still plays occasionally, but goes to school, the other 3 retired without ever getting a shot (one plays Valorant I think).
And those are just the ones that I found. Who knows how many I missed.
Players did a great job of making game 1 close as fuck.
Game 2 draft completely unplayable. Cannot leave Braum open 2nd round, full Illegal.
Lots to learn from this week regardless. Now we go smash the Lower bracket.
See you thereππΌπ
