I left a girl at my house for a couple of hours to run some errands.
She kept texting me, asking when I would be back because the hot water wasn’t working.
I assumed the pilot light had gone out.
I get home... and it turns out she was simply turning the shower lever the wrong way.
Should I keep or let her go?
The best way to get outside your comfort zone and fastest way to level up your life is to solo travel.
Don't wait. The time will never be just right. That's the point. Do it now while it feels "scary".
You'll quickly discover, there was nothing to worry about.
Signs of High Intellectual
1. They recognize a pattern in a situation after only two occurrences, while others need ten.
2. They are masters of "Grey Rocking"—acting as boring as possible to toxic people so they lose interest and move on.
Morning.
The best thing you can do for yourself is actively increase your surface area for luck to hit you.
Go outside, travel more, go to new cafes, museums, events, take a new route home, go for hikes, see cities, countrysides, take your notebook, speak to people, ask questions, start businesses - go on more side quests.
You can literally just do things, and the more you do, the more serendipity and synchronicity will find you.
When I was big on Amazon back in 2014
I helped a loser friend who was working as a toilet cleaner in a supermarket out by setting up his Amazon business and getting it to $10k+
At $10k+ He blocked me to not have to pay me my %
He then spent all the money and was back working for minimum wage the next year
You can't take your loser friends on this journey with you, they will either mess it up or resent you or both.
My boomer uncle saved $1.2 million for retirement.
- drove a 2003 Honda until it felt apart
- packed his lunch everyday for 33 years
- had a whole list of things he was going to do
He died 2 weeks before retiring
Become comfortable in your solitude. Being okay doing things alone without feeling weird is a good characteristic. All people in your future who threaten to leave you, you'll be the first to show them the door.
@_falsi1ke Work your ass off, save and invest, say no to things you used to not(temporarily) and have a bullseye on your target so you can measure your progress.
