Mini-Pez has taken on the villain role of the house, picking on the smaller Dwarf.
Something to note: Estanque will be 100% English when the season starts. It's difficult finding English speaking Dwarves in El Salvador.

It seems that we both have different perspectives and philosophies towards these concepts so we'll just have to agree to disagree. I legitimately view Hell house as art, with the atmosphere and events that happened in Fish tank Season 2 being the pinnacle of that art. Estanque will never be able to recreate it entirely as they don't have the necessary element of a contestant pool made up entirely of fans, but with my writings, I'm striving to help them achieve it.
The show goes live on Tuesday, June 9th at 2pm CST. If you would be willing to give it another chance, it would be great to have you as a viewer.
I disagree on some of those points too. Granted I have a tendency to be abstract when I don't necessarily mean to, but cherry picking words from the definition I gave doesn't necessarily turn any slop into Hell house. By your definition, the most recent offshoot streamerhouse can be considered Hell house as it meets all of your criteria except for having the qualifier of "fishtank" at the start of the sentence, but you and I both know that it is never achieved the status of anything other than wasted potential. Speaking of that project, you can directly contribute its failure to the appointed host. Jon cared nothing about making art. Just to force his reentry into the community. The heart of that show was never there and the end result was a heartless show.
Perhaps its a difference of perspective, but I have never seen ice care about anything he's a part in, whether its hunger games, the IP2 road trips, or even the original project that sparked the idea of hell house. Maybe its just his nonchalant attitude, but the way in which he disrespects and treats his own projects as gimmick ideas is a turn off as a viewer. Like compare his attitude to Sam's in the earlier seasons. As a viewer I could see that Sam was having fun and knew what he was doing by constantly referring to Fish tank as an art project.
To your point of the audience being neglected by my definition, I just assumed we were both on the same page seeing as I spoke of their role in hell house directly after. I agree with you on it. If we return to the body metaphor from before, then i would say the audience is the soul. Without a community that loves the project, what is your show other than a husk?
On the topic of Estanque though, I will say the social experiment was a much different beast than Season 1. Everything the writing team had come up with in preseason had to be scrapped and so most of it was actually ad-libbed. Nearly all of it was organic and that is something I found to be refreshing as a fan. With the social experiment, I'd argue that Roberto gave us 14 days of killer with only 6 of filler which is a fantastic ratio to have with all the hardships the show was dealing with. Regardless, the next season is coming with a bit of a philosophy change. Instead of a detailed plan, the creative team is sculpting a sand box, something I think a lot of people including yourself may enjoy to interact with. When it goes live, it's gonna leave a mark.
If Fishtank is the hero's journey, then El Estanque is the fall.

I disagree with a couple of things.
The art of Hell house is this:
Everyone wears a fake public mask that hides their true self, motives, and ambitions.
By wearing that mask, they're able to operate in society without controversy.
Hell house puts the contestant through a high-stress, quasi lord of the flies experience in an effort to destroy that public mask and reveal the person's true colors.
It may have started as a joke between Sam and Jet of wanting to torture their fans, but in completing their first season, they were able to establish something that is unique and that I had never seen before. Their sophomore season was absolutely brutal, but it established exactly what this art form was.
A host needs to come with the goal of achieving that mask removal, but also understanding the psychology of the art.
A Hell house project is purposely unfair. It it is the perfect "non-reality show" with its goal not being to build up, but to break down those involved. This is done from a culmination of factors whether unfair rulings, punishment toys, or abusive TTS, but it all is meant to achieve that goal of revealing the contestants true face. To force them to adapt in the face of adversity or watch them crumble under pressure.
You can make the distinction between host and showrunner, but as someone that had to fill both those positions at the same time before, I learned something very clear from that experience:
Unless everyone is on board, to have complete creative control and authority on set is the only possible way for you to make this kind of art. I would argue that it is completely optimal for a host to also carry showrunner duties as they become much more in tune with the goal they are trying to achieve.
Let's look at some of the names you brought up and compare them to the motives of a person trying to achieve hellhouse:
Sam pepper never sought to make art with his show, just money. N3on never sought to make art with his show, just money. Sardintin 2 may have sought to achieve Hell house but their methods of consistent self cucking by punishing contestants for being entertaining (I.e. solitary confinement) and lack of desire to push boundaries completely held them back from doing so. I'd say with Rob and Estanque, he's proven with both seasons that he can achieve hell house, but the lack of funding does show it's ugly face time and again. I hoping that with the next the project, he's gonna be able to create a large warchest for a future season.
Forgive the cheesy metaphor, but aspects like structure, tech, and character building are the skeleton, veins, and flesh of these shows. If one wants to achieve Hell house, they need to examine on how to inflict the necessary trauma onto it. The host is always going to be the heart of the show and because of that, they are in the perfect position to cause damage. If a host is mediocre and doesn't believe in the art everyone else is trying to make, it's absolutely gonna reflect on the product. It is interesting the James Drake is thinking about doing his own project. Tell him to call it ADL 3 so that Jon gets mad.

Mizzy claims It derailed because Jon got so mad about the lipstick joke he began trying to Doxx her, he was fired by the rest of the team wanting him out after that
Shadi, Diamond, and Freddy just rolled up to streamer house and egged and sardined the house. Jimmy came out to defend the property. What the fuck?? #fishtanklive#fishtankdotlive https://t.co/8M3EhQ5VCd
