Don’t get Ripped off purchasing Neighbour free seat by

when lots of seats were available on 4 recent flights yet they still made me pay when the person in front had 2 seats to himself and hadn’t paid extra! The plane was dirty and customer care after appalling!

@bradfordmdc Still no grit in our grit bins in Keighlry yet a very cold spell on its way. With the crashes on High Fell Rise earlier this year due to this problem, we don’t want a repeat ! When will they be filled ??
