We all face similar challenges, which translates to having the same remedies applicable to these challenges. Let's share wisdom. @newvisionwire@AAssimwe of @VoiceConsults has proved it right.

For someone to see a person in Lukwago’s shape, explaining such sicknesses on camera and pleading for treatment, and still not be touched or moved to respond like a normal human being … Not only Lukwago, but many others. Mothers, wives, children, husbands crying for their loved ones… It is clear that some of the people in relevant positions of authority could actually be suffering mental health issues. The problem seems bigger, and can’t be solved by pleading to them.
We are dealing with people with apparent Sadistic Personality Disorder (SPD), to whom no appeal to empathy can work. When you cry or mourn, you are increasing their joy. The bigger danger is that no one is safe from a person with such a disorder. They’ll always create a reason to harm someone in order to get some satisfaction. It can be anyone else tomorrow. There is actually a lot of literature to show that many dictators in history were suffering from mental disorders, and society had to pay.
In terms of moral responsibility, which of these two actors is worse?
1. Okello, who directly killed 4 innocent children by stabbing them.
2. Person X, who steals 5 billion that could have facilitated hospitals to save about 100 people from dying. And they die.
Justify your position, and make appropriate penal suggestions,

The Ministry of Health is conducting a three day retreat for Top Management. The purpose of the retreat is to orient the leadership of the Ministry on the strategic direction of the sector, reflect on the current Ebola response and stakeholder management, build a consensus on priorities for the next five years, strengthen collaboration and build team work.
Bonny Bukenya, a former Umeme worker who disconnected Thomas Tayebwa’s electricity over an alleged illegal connection, was beaten for simply doing his job.
Tayebwa ordered the beating and instructed those involved to strip him before beating him.
If events were ever to turn against Tayebwa as they have against Anita Among, Bukenya would likely be one of the happiest people.
The State minister for Primary Health Care, Hon. @DrAyumeCharles has today morning flagged off a consignment of maternal and newborn care equipment worth approximately UGX 2.1 billion, to strengthen emergency obstetric and newborn care services across Uganda’s high-volume public health facilities.
The equipment, procured by a Rotary Club under the “Empowering Families, Growing Futures” initiative, will be distributed to 31 health facilities comprising 16 Health Centre IVs and 15 Health Centre IIIs in 14 districts, with the aim of improving the quality of care for mothers and newborns.
Dr. Ayume while appreciating the relentless efforts of Rotarians, emphasized that the Ministry’s focus extends beyond supplying equipment to ensuring that they’re properly utilized through continuous training, supervision and maintenance.
The consignment includes; delivery beds, radiant warmers, patient monitors, baby cots, phototherapy machines, newborn resuscitation units, Kangaroo Mother Care chairs and other essential equipment needed to improve maternal and newborn survival.
The Commissioner for Reproductive and Child Health, Dr. @rmugahi99, said the equipments from Rotary complement ongoing investments in building the capacity of health workers to manage complications affecting mothers and newborns.
Dr. Mugahi noted that health workers under the programme are already undergoing specialized training in Essential Newborn Care, with additional training on Helping Mothers Survive expected to further improve the management of obstetric emergencies such as postpartum haemorrhage, pre-eclampsia, eclampsia and obstructed labour.

Before Anita Among assumed office, Daniel Adilo was working at @UgandaEC where his father had worked and retired from. Among spotted the hardworking young man and demanded for him to be transferred to Parliament. EC said that was not possible. Among insisted and when this failed, Adilo was advised to resign at EC so that he’s recruited (irregularly) at parliament. At EC he was an officer (entry level) but at Parliament he had reached Director level (highest level at Parliament) in 3 years. He was made director for HR which still had another Director so the department had two serving directors-unprecedented but it had become common at parliament in the last 5 years. There were several Directors that were put on katebe (because she couldn’t fire them) to pave way for her favorite people.
Let’s be clear!
Not sure why anyone would be confused about what I’m saying.
There are ONLY 2 cases of Ebola in Uganda.
We know who they are and where they are.
We had 20.
We now have 2!
