On a very small packed route 55 that we waited 20 minutes for, it was full by the 2nd stop downtown at Metcalfe.
Not a 59 in sight..
But 3 x empty large route 400 busses passed by while we waited.
Every day after 5pm, Alymerites work past 5pm.

If you're planning on traveling on the 401 today, it's been closed in both directions near Mallorytown since 11:30am. We drove home from Toronto but took hwy 15 after a heads-up text from a friend! Thanks Brenda!

Is it possible to start these races downtown and head south, use the canal - close Colonel By or Queen Elizabeth. Shutting down the SJAM parkway blocks bridge access to all residents in the Outaouais, surely there is a better route.
